With more than 20 years of experience in property management and multifamily real estate, Lindsay has built her career by working across nearly every level of the industry. Her hands-on experience spans luxury multifamily, lease-ups, high-rise and mixed-use communities, HOA management, asset management, and operational leadership. This broad perspective gives her a unique ability to understand the connection between property-level operations, financial performance, resident experience, and long-term asset value.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has been recognized for driving operational excellence, improving NOI, controlling expenses, increasing occupancy and retention, strengthening teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance without compromising service. She has extensive experience overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, capital improvements, vendor relationships, compliance, technology implementation, and complex property operations.

As a leader, Lindsay believes that strong results begin with strong people and a strong culture. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, creating accountability, improving processes, and giving people the tools and support necessary to succeed. Her leadership style combines strategic vision with a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to operate successful communities.

At Monticello Asset Management, Lindsay brings together her extensive property-management background and asset-management perspective to drive performance, identify opportunities, build scalable processes, and create long-term value for both the organization and its residents.

Mary Salinas is the HR Director with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting. She began her career in the accounting field in 2005 at a CPA firm, working her way up from data entry to Payroll Processor, and has been a dedicated professional in the multifamily industry since 2009 and joined Monticello in 2016. Mary was recognized for her performance and outstanding contributions by winning the Excellence Award in 2022 and became certified as an Associate Professional in Human Resources in 2023. Mary enjoys reading, crafting, and coaching soccer outside her professional life. She is very family-oriented and a proud mother of two.

Erica Vargas serves as a Regional Supervisor at Monticello Asset Management, bringing hands on property management experience, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.

Having advanced from Property Manager to Regional Supervisor, Erica understands the importance of leading by example, supporting her teams, and maintaining high standards across her portfolio. She is dedicated to property performance, resident satisfaction, operational excellence, and developing successful onsite teams.

Known for her approachable personality, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous growth, Erica believes that great leadership begins with communication, accountability, and teamwork.

She takes pride in building strong relationships with residents, employees, and ownership while helping each community reach its full potential.

Her leadership philosophy is simple: Lead with purpose, inspire with positivity, and never stop growing.

Christy Maston serves as a Regional Supervisor for Monticello Asset Management, Inc., bringing valuable firsthand experience in onsite property operations and a strong understanding of the day-to-day demands of multifamily property management.

Recently promoted from onsite operations into regional leadership, Christy brings a practical, hands-on approach to supporting property teams, enhancing operational performance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences. Her background provides her with a unique perspective on the challenges faced by onsite teams and the importance of strong communication, accountability, and teamwork.

In her new role, Christy is focused on mentoring and developing team members, driving property performance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring Monticello's communities reflect the company's commitment to quality and service.

Stefanie pursued a college education in real estate, which set the foundation for a successful career. She joined Monticello Asset Management in 2005 and has been a dedicated team member ever since. Working in the Waco area, Stefanie specializes in student housing and has expanded her expertise to include conventional multifamily properties. Stefanie is recognized as an Excellence Award winner for her commitment and achievements in the field. Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys channeling her creativity through DIY projects, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her daughter.

Natalie began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant in 2004 for a national property management company. She left the industry for several years and worked in human resources but returned to property management in 2008. Natalie joined Monticello in 2009 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Multi-Site Manager in 2011. Natalie has been a Regional Property Supervisor with Monticello since 2022 and is responsible for creating an optimal work environment for our employees and an optimal living environment for our residents. She currently holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation.
